Custom jewelry items are personalized just for you. There are no returns on custom items. All sales are final unless other wise stated. Due to supply shortages please allow up to 6-8 weeks on all custom orders including shipment. Non custom orders are shipped standard 7-10 day as per our policy and the shipping method selected by you during check out.

All apparel items are final sale unless otherwise stated. Please check the sizing suggestions before purchase

 If there are any issues with your item upon receipt, please contact us at info@alexories.com within 72 hours and we will be happy to assist you. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response.

SHIPPING

All shipping costs will be added to your total during checkout. After shipment and receipt of your tracking information, we will no longer be responsible for the delivery of your package. All issues with receiving your item will be handled by the shipping company.
